All our designs are instant downloads of digitized files used for machine embroidery. As soon as you checked out receive a confirmation Email with the files attached. Just download the design and let your creativity go wild. We test all our designs in house for correct stitching before they get posted to our shop. If you are having trouble with a design, please contact us and we do our best to find out what the problem with the design is.
