Black-Thread is an employee- owned company. All of our designs you see in our store www.black-thread.com are digitized by us. We take pride in our work and strive to deliver the best possible result. All our designs are stitched out for quality control by us, before they get listed on the shops website.

By accessing our website and downloading or purchasing any of our digitized files you agree to the following terms and Use Policy.

• When you purchase or download a design you agree that the design file remains property of Black-Thread
• Only you, the customer is allowed to use the file in the following ways
• Personal use for machine embroidery
• Use on items you give as gifts
• Use on items you donate
• Use on products that you offer for sale 
• You allowed to edit the digitized design for your personal use

You are not allowed to share or sell the digitized file, or resell any kind of edited copy of the file.

The following use of any of our designs is prohibited:

• Gifting, sharing, selling, distributing, passing down or re-selling the File
• Using the file to create vector files for cutting machines
• Using our files for Screen-Printing
• Using our files as templated of any kind
• Using our images of designs

Any use of our digitized files is at your own risk. We do not assume any liability to any part for any loss, damage, or distribution caused by using our designs.

Refund Policy

Since you purchased an instant download of a digitized file, we cannot offer a refund.

If you bought the wrong file format, you could download the correct format from your purchase history in your account.

If you ordered a design twice by mistake, send us an email with the order numbers and we credit your account for the double purchase.
